Chevron HRFP Project Kudos to Reynold’s Employee Eric Robinson

December 8, 2015

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated Eric’s hard work and dedication to the Chevron HRFP project. Over the course of the project Eric showed his attention to detail and strict adherence to the project guidelines and specifications. This project was in constant design and Eric was very good at keeping the construction in the field aligned with the constantly updating project design. He also provided a high quality of work no matter what the task required. Eric had a watchful eye to keep quality held to a high standard even when work being performed was by other contractors. This shows a dedication to true quality with the entire project in mind.

He also bought in to the high safety standards that Okland and Chevron placed for the project. He held an outstanding safety record and had many employees and truck drivers to supervise over the course of construction. I believe that safety is Eric’s top concern and he doesn’t make any task more important than the well-being of the people he supervises or works around.

I appreciated the fact that Eric had the projects best interests in mind and was solution oriented. He is always trying to find a way to make something work so the job can progress. Eric came up with several ways to progress the work but one in particular sticks out in my mind. We had a problem with employee parking on the project that was interfering with the site progress. There was not enough room to park all the employees on site and do the work necessary so Eric proposed a new location for parking that required him to think outside the box. After some discussion he made a parking lot that would move all the cars out of the way. This was a big problem at the time and the ideas that Eric came up with
made it possible for us to complete ALL of the site work before winter weather came in. I really appreciated Eric’s can do attitude and the dedication he always showed.

I would recommend him for any project that requires a lot of attention to detail, high quality standards,
coordination of site logistics, and high safety standards.
