This 230,000-square-foot building sits on 38 acres just off I-15. The new building is projected to bring at least 1,000 jobs to the area.

Reynolds Excavation, Demolition & Utilities provided the site work and excavation as well as aggregates for the building. Staker Parson Companies was also involved with the project as the ready-mixed concrete and asphalt supplier.
